TESA is committed to providing high-quality professional development opportunities that support the growth and success of educational support staff across Texas.
- Annual Summer Conference – Held each June, the TESA Summer Conference offers educational sessions, networking opportunities, leadership development, and recognition of outstanding members.
- Area Workshops – Throughout the year, members may participate in workshops hosted in various regions of the state, providing convenient access to continuing education and professional growth.
- Continuing Education – Through its affiliation with the National Association of Educational Office Professionals (NAEOP), TESA offers continuing education opportunities designed to enhance members' knowledge, skills, and professional excellence.
- Customized Training – Professional development programs and experienced TESA consultants are available upon request to public school districts, education service centers, colleges, universities, and other educational organizations.

The TESA Connection is the official publication of the Texas Educational Support Staff Association. Published four times each year, it keeps members informed about association news, professional development opportunities, member achievements, upcoming events, and other important information.
