TESA Affiliate Services is dedicated to supporting local educational support staff associations throughout Texas. Upon request, TESA provides guidance and assistance to groups interested in organizing and affiliating with both the Texas Educational Support Staff Association (TESA) and the National Association of Educational Office Professionals (NAEOP).

TESA also assigns qualified members to serve as consultants who provide professional development and in-service training programs for public school districts, educational service centers, colleges, universities, and other educational organizations.

The mission of Affiliate Services is to strengthen local affiliates by providing leadership, guidance, professional development, and value-added services that support the growth and success of educational support staff.

Affiliation Fee

  • Annual Affiliate Fee: $30.00 per local association
  • Membership Assessment: $0.25 per member in the local affiliate

The affiliation year runs from August 1 through July 31.

Affiliated local associations enjoy numerous benefits, including the opportunity to:

  • Nominate candidates for the TESA Administrator of the Year Award
  • Nominate candidates for the TESA Nelda Van Dyke Award
  • Network with educational support staff professionals from across the State of Texas
  • Host a TESA Area Workshop
  • Receive guidance and support from TESA leadership and Affiliate Services
  • Promote professional growth and leadership opportunities for local members
  • Strengthen connections with TESA and NAEOP while advancing the educational support profession
